For estate sale companies

Post your estate sales free

No per-sale fee and no plan to buy. The street address stays hidden until the time you choose; until then, shoppers see the town and ZIP.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Claim or add your company

Find your company above and tap Claim this listing on its page. We check the claim, then the listing is yours to run. Not listed? Add it. That’s free too.

  2. Step 2

    Post a sale, with photos

The dates and hours, how entry works, what’s in the house, and up to 200 photos. Then pick when the street address shows.

  3. Step 3

    Shoppers find it

On your company page, on your state’s upcoming estate sales page, and in the Thursday “sales near you” email to subscribers nearby.

What shoppers see

An example sale, on the same card and page your sales get. The company, the town and the sale are made up.

What to have ready

The form takes a few minutes with these to hand. Only the title, the first day, the town and the state are required.

  • The dates, and the hours for each day
  • The street address, and when it should show: the morning before is usual
  • How entry works: numbers, a sign-in sheet, early-bird rules
  • What’s in the house in a few lines, plus short highlights like “Mid-century furniture” or “Tools”
  • Photos, up to 200. Phone photos are fine: they’re resized before they upload
  • Payment and parking notes, if shoppers should know before they come
  • Preview times, if you hold one (optional)

Questions companies ask

What does it cost?

Nothing. Posting a sale is free, with no per-sale fee and no plan to buy. Every listing on AntiquesDirectory is free, with every feature included.

How many photos can a sale have?

200 per sale, free. Companies on Vinty POS, on any plan including the free one, get unlimited photos. Photos are resized in your browser and upload three at a time, each with its own progress bar.

When does the street address show?

When you say. Until the time you pick, the sale page shows the town and ZIP, and “near me” searches place the sale only roughly. The street isn’t hidden behind a click; it isn’t on the page at all. The form suggests the morning before the sale, and you can pick another time or show it straight away.

How long does a sale stay up?

Until it’s over. It stays on your state’s sales page through its last day, then drops off. Its own page then says the sale has ended and links to your company page, and search engines are told to drop it.

Can I change or take down a sale?

Yes, any time, from Your sales in your account. A sale sent from Vinty POS is changed or cancelled in Vinty, and the change follows here.

We use Vinty POS. Can our sales post themselves?

Yes. The Estate Sales module in Vinty POS sends your sales here, photos included, once your listing here is linked to your Vinty account. Edit a sale in Vinty and the change follows.

Do I need to claim my listing first?

Yes. Sales are posted from a listing you manage, so they show on your page and nobody else can post as you. Claiming is free, and so is adding your company if it isn’t listed.

Can companies outside the US post?

Not yet. The sale form, the state sales pages and the weekly email cover the US only for now.
